Teaching
Professional Trainings
I have developed and lead trainings in wildlife inventory, monitoring, and management for environmental consultants and land managers. Training topics have included venomous snake handling and conflict mitigation, frog and gartersnake identification, field techniques for detecting Great Plains herpetofauna, and literature review. |
Classroom Instruction
As an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at North Central College I taught laboratory sections in developmental biology, genetics, and cell biology. I have also been invited to guest lecture for high school and home school courses in infectious disease transmission, ecology, and natural resources management. |
